This 5C Collet Stop Set can be used directly with any standard 5C collet and in any machine with an internal tube diameter having a minimum I.D. of 1.125"
Extended 5C Collet Stop Set for Hardinge Lathes, Chuckers, Mills, CNC, and others.
Note:
Easily and Accurately locate parts 7/8” diameter or smaller in any standard 5C collet with internal and external threads (Extender Tube I.D. is .900")
5C Collet Stop’s and Extender Tubes fit inside a 5C spindle with a minimum 1-1/16” I.D.
What you get:
SIX 5C Collet Stop’s. Set comes complete with 6 machinable adjuster rods and all have
½” - 20 TPI jam nuts.
( rod tip diameters are: 1/8" , 1/4" , 3/8" , 1/2" & 3/4").
Two Extender Tubes ( One 4" and One 8" which can be combined for a total length of 12")
Four Threaded tube end bushing which has 13/16" milled flats.
One 5C Collet Wrench with protective vinyl handle.
One Wooden Storage Base to store and protect collet stops and tubes when not in use.
